* 8.00am till 4.30pm Monday to Friday, 10am-1pm on Saturday.
N.B. Entry is via our right hand door (denoted by flags at the doorway) our left hand door is exit only.
We are operating with two small teams (which do not come into contact with each other) which results in delays for our customers, please accept our apologies for this ahead of time.
Please wear a mask during this period of increased infections.
If you are visiting us for a tap cartridge or valve;
Please ensure you bring in with you:
1, The tap handle and any other removable parts (screw, adapter if there is one etc.) as well as your tap valve/cartridge (The handle is essential to ensure we supply you the correct replacement valve, if you are not to worried about how far the handle sits down on the valve or whether the spline protrudes through the handes or if the handle interferes with the valve nut etc. then leave the handle behind. But if you want the best fit bring the handle etc with you, go back for the tap handle if necessary).
2, Please also take a picture of your tap which may help us in establishing the exact model of tap.
N.B. The tap handle is just as important to us as the tap cartridge/valve.
If you are visiting us for a replacement toilet button;
Please take a picture of the flush valve as well as bring us the button (as the buttons all look so similar and the flush valve is our best way of identifying the correct part for you).
If you are visiting us for a replacement toilet seat;
1, Measure the fixing holes
2, Make a template of the rim of the pan (which will include cutting the pan hole out of the template so we can be sure the buffers sit on the pan rim when the seat is sat on).
N.B. Template to be cut to back of unit or cistern.
3, Take a picture of the pan so we can see both sides and a picture showing the rim.

If you cannot find the part yourself on our website you can email pictures of your part plus images the inside/plan view of the cistern and of the WC complete, our chances of helping are dramatically reduced if you only send an image of the part or cistern.
