Consumer On Line Returns Policy (UK Customers Only)
BESPOKE PARTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE (BESPOKE PARTS RETURNED WILL BE DISPOSED OF IF RETURNED).
In the unlikely event any stocked product (Bespoke parts are not stock products) is not as you expected it to be we offer a 14 day money back/cooling off/cancellation period, any item not required must then be returned with 14 days from that date.
The following criteria must be met.
1. You have received the goods within the last fourteen days (including Saturday, Sunday and and Bank Holidays).
2. The goods have not been fitted and the manufacturers original packing (where applicable) must be intact.
(Any signs of fitting via tool marks etc will result in credit being refused, TAKE YOU OWN PICTURES of the part to be returned so there is no dispute over this issue).
3, The part is not a Bespoke Part (Bespoke parts are not returnable)
4. Please enclose a copy of your invoice (which you will have in your e-mail box).
5. You are a UK Consumer and not a business (which includes any form of business including sole trader, Limited company, PLC or etc. and international customers and is established from the billing or delivery address).
(We are obliged to deal with businesses and international customers differently by virtue of the fact the law of the land tells us to, business please re-email to sales@lunns.net sorry to make you jump through hoops, international orders are not returnable and disposed of returned).
6. Returns from businesses ** will be subject to a handling charge (if we accept your return), handling charges vary according to many factors and are therefore dealt with on a individual but subject to a minimum charge of £20.00 (** businesses of any type or nature including sole trader, Limited company, PLC or etc. this is established from the billing or delivery address) Resend you request to sales@lunns.net to we can look at your request.
Returns must be addressed as below to avoid being lost or delayed and MUST BE SENT BACK BY Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery or a Carrier (who will provide you with proof of delivery can be accepted back).

Please send back by RECORDERED DELIVERY (Do not return any other way than on a signed for service as we cannot credit an item that is lost by Royal Mail, MyHermes etc.).
Do not send back by an unsigned for service (every so often parcels get lost and we get the blame).

The above information does not relate to specials or bespoke parts.
Bespoke items are ordered in by us at your request and are therefore not returnable or refundable (Bespoke parts say the word Bespoke in the description).
Used part are not refundable.
Many items are sent to you in a shrink wrapped clear wallet, please do not remove from the wrapping until you are happy the part is correct for, any parts are considered used if and when the wrapping if removed.
Please contact us if you do not receive a reply (after you have checked your junk box).
All returns are subject to the following conditions;
Goods must be returned unused, in the original packaging.
We do not refund any product that has been fitted (with or without tooling marks) as we are unable to re-sell used part as they are in effect second hand.
Consumers are under a legal obligation to 'take reasonable care' of any product they intend to return for credit.
Failure to inform us in writing within 14 days will forfeit your right to return goods and or receive a credit.
N.B. Any special/bespoke or made to order item are not returnable.
Also N.B. Any usable parts such as tools, handles, radiator caps etc. are also not returnable.
Please note, for 3D illustration/visualization purposes there are often two or more images of a given item/product, this is for the identification purposes only and unless stated all prices are per single item.
Carriage costs are not credited.
Additional carriage costs incurred are also not credited (Sorry this line is a legal requirement)

Business to Business Exclusions and Returns Policy (UK & International)
Business to Business (including any sort of business or trader to include sole trader, Limited company, PLC or Charity)
Business to Business (as described above) sales are not covered by the terms and returns policy or rights laid out for consumers.
Business to Business return policy.
It should be assumed that Business sales as defined above are non-returnable.
Further to the above, some products that we consider main line products (and in certain quanties) may be considered for return but each request will be considered on a case by case basis.

Handling charges will apply to all returns (Harsh but we have to cover the cost of processing the initial order ((which involves various stages of admin)) and then when you have returned the part, inpection/testing and returning to stock ((which also involves various stages of admin)).
Handling charges vary but will be 15% minimum but more typically 25% to 50%.
Original carriage/postal cost are not refundable
Return carriage is also non-refundable.
Parts that have tooling marks and show evidence of fitting may not be credited.
International Consumers are dealt with as per the above Business to Business Returns Policy.
